Please Note

We are a super nice bunch, and we are very fair. However, we do need to put some things in writing and whilst some of it sounds a bit ‘straight-talking’ please know this does’t reflect our attitudes and hearts. We love to build great relationships with our customers and will always go above and beyond – but sometimes, people do try to take advantage of it, so the following is written to avoid that.

Returns

If you find there is something wrong with your order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the job. If we don’t hear from you within that timeframe we will assume that you have checked the order and have accepted it. It is unlikely you will be entitled to a refund or a reprint once this period has passed. If you do contact us within this timeframe and there is a genuine issue, you may be entitled to a refund or a re-print depending on the number of faulty items. If only a few garments are faulty, please send us pictures of the issue. If the whole order is faulty let us know and our courier will collect your order once you have packaged it suitably. As soon as we receive the order back at our shop, we’ll check it over to make sure it has been returned for a valid reason.

Delivery

If you delivery is late due to an issue with the courier, this is not a fault of ours and we cannot accept responsibility for this. We cannot reimburse any loss incurred by you where the courier is at fault.

Missed Deadlines

We work extremely hard to meet a customer’s deadline – even if it means working overtime. To date, we have not missed a deadline, but we are not immune to this so there is always a chance it can happen. In the event a deadline is missed (due to a production delay or the courier), we can’t accept responsibility for any costs or loss of sales you incur. If your deadline is missed, we will refund your postage, and if you paid a rush order fee, we will all refund this also, however we can’t accept a return as the products are custom made.

Turnaround

Turnaround is usually 5-7 days working days for screen printing and embroidery, however rush order options may be available at extra cost. Most other services are 1-2 days, sometimes same day if collecting.

Payment

In most cases, payment is made up front before any work begins, however if invoice is agreed, full balance must be paid within 30 days, otherwise interest will be charged – Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Order Acceptance/Proof

Orders for screen printing are approved by the customer – online after viewing a digital proof and details. These must be checked carefully by you – once approved by you, we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes where the final product matches the proof accepted by you.
